Someone looking after it.
Sites and apps need updates, backups and somebody who notices when they're down. These plans cover that, plus a set number of hours each month for changes.

The small print, in large print
- Unused hours don't roll over to next month.
- Extra hours are $110/h, and I'll check with you before going over.
- New features beyond your hours are quoted separately.
- Backups and uptime checks are set up and watched, but I can't promise they'll never fail. Keep your own copy of anything you can't lose.
- If prices change, you get 30 days' notice.
What fits in an hour?
Roughly: swapping a few photos and updating prices on two pages. Adding a new team member page. Fixing a form that stopped sending. Changing the wording on a CRM status and the email it triggers. Things that take a day, like a new booking flow or a new report, get quoted as a small project instead.
What a plan doesn't cover
Redesigns, new features that need more than your monthly hours, hosting fees, third-party subscriptions, and content writing beyond light edits. All of these are quoted separately, and I'll say so before starting anything.
Can you look after a site you didn't build?
Yes, after a short paid review at $110/hour. I'll quote the review first. It's how I find out what's under the hood, whether it's safe to update, and which plan fits. Sometimes the honest answer is "fix these three things first".
